This website has no accounts or forms, and we do not set cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps anonymous visitor statistics without cookies.

The home page shows a YouTube video preview image, which your browser loads from YouTube. The video itself only loads if you choose to play it. The contact page shows a Google Map, which your browser loads from Google. YouTube and Google handle that information under their own privacy policies.

Our bookings assistant

The salon's administrator manages appointments using a private bookings assistant in ChatGPT. It is not available to the public.

• What it accesses. With the administrator's permission, it can see, create, change and delete events on the salon's own Google Calendars: the technicians' booking calendars. It cannot see or change calendar sharing, calendar settings or any other Google data.
• Why. Only to find, book, move, edit and cancel salon appointments when the administrator asks.
• What it keeps. Bookings stay in Google Calendar. The assistant keeps a 30-day log of changes made through it: the time, the action, the technician and the calendar event's ID. The log contains no customer names or notes.
• Sharing. Data is never sold. It is shared only with Google, which hosts the calendars and the assistant, and OpenAI, whose ChatGPT the administrator uses to make requests.
• Removing access. The administrator can revoke the assistant's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
